Well, we left early, about 6.30am. Daniel and Patrick came to have dinner with us at the Tweed Heads Bowling Club last night and decided to stay at the same Motel for the night. They promised to take out for a nice breaky, so we followed them to Brisbane. Holy Cow! The traffic was terrible, it took us nearly 2 hrs to get into Brisbane city. Anyways to cut a long story short we decided to eat else where as Derek and I wanted to get to Gladstone by 6.00pm. We didn't make our destination as planned but settled for the night in a small and delightful town called Miriam Vale. We rode for over 10 hours and were tired and hungry. Found a great Cafe / Take away place and had a Burger with the lot and chips ......mmmm yumy.
